How to Convert Tuition Fees in 3 Steps

Follow these steps to get results in under a minute

01
Enter the base fee and currency
Input the programme or fee schedule name, the base tuition fee amount, and select the base currency your institution uses internally. This is the source amount all conversions are calculated from.
02
Set conversion rates for target currencies
Enter the exchange rate for each target currency — how many units of that currency equal 1 unit of your base currency. Toggle on or off which currencies to include in the output. These are fixed rates you control, not live forex rates.
03
Review and export the fee schedule
View the converted fee in every selected currency with the exchange rate used. Export a clean PDF fee schedule for international student enquiries, agent briefings, or institutional publications.

"We publish fee schedules for students from six different countries. Previously this meant six separate Excel sheets maintained by different staff. This tool generates all six conversions from a single input and the PDF is publication-ready."

"The ability to use fixed institutional rates rather than live forex is critical for us. Our finance team sets approved rates each semester and we need those rates — not what Google shows — to appear on official communications."

"We use the exported PDF directly in our international recruitment brochures. The table format is clear and professional. It saves our design team having to manually typeset fee tables for every intake."

"Very practical for agent communications. I set the rates once at the start of the semester and share the PDF with all our regional agents so everyone quotes the same figures. Simple and effective."
