The lecturer portal is built to ensure that all your lecturers can innovatively track their tasks and responsibilities. This module is developed to help one of the most critical stakeholders of your institution, the lecturers, ensure that all their schedules are managed conveniently based on their skills, experiences and availability. It presents a 360-degree overview for teachers to mark and declare exams and assessments efficiently. It promotes communication between the lecturer and other parties, such as approving student leaves and allows the lecturer to apply for requests conveniently too.

There are 2 types of timetables in this module: the general timetable and the assessment timetable.
Manage Classes
Manage Classes is a unique tool that enables lecturers to start or shift classes without disrupting any of the operations of the school.
Manage Attendance
The Attendance tab allows the class operators to keep tabs on the participation of each student. I
Manage Assessments
This module also incorporates a golden-standard assessment tool to automate assessments assigning, retrieving, analyzing and scoring to transform the learner experience with industry-moving digital capabilities
Manage Lecturer
The Head of the School can use this tab to assign lecturers to classes and programs based on their availability, skill and experience without suffering a prolonged process of assigning classes manually.
Manage Projects
Students can request projects and get them verified by the Head of Academics; once the projects are approved, they will be displayed in this tab for the Head of School to overview

This is one of the key tabs in this portal. The user can retrieve student data by keying in their name, student number, contact number, NIC or passport number to gain faster access to student profiles.
