Functionalities
Dashboard
The dashboard allows the user to have an at-a-glance view of upcoming tasks, scheduled classes and daily schedules on one screen.
Progression Apply
This tab allows the student to select a specific course and apply a progression to the next level by clicking a button to notify the HAA.
Time Table
There are two timetables for students: General Timetable and Assessment Timetable.
Attendance
The attendance tab allows the student to view their respective attendance as per the courses in which they are eligible or mandated to participate in.
My Grading
The ‘My Gradings’ tab helps the students to get an overview of all grades of the particular student and calculate CGPA easily during their program progression.
My Finance
The finances section allows the student to gain a comprehensive and accurate overview of the payments made, payment plans and payments.
Project
The project tab allows students to submit project requests online. They can add descriptions and attach support documents to be validated by the Head of Academic Admin Portal.
Profile
The student is also given the privilege of updating their master profiles, recorrecting information, updating qualifications or employment statuses and more using this tab.
