What do the three verdict levels mean?

Eligible means the student meets all required renewal criteria and renewal can proceed. Action Required means all required criteria are nominally met or borderline — additional documentation or advisor review is needed before a final decision. Not Eligible means one or more required criteria were not met and renewal cannot proceed without a formal appeal.

What is the difference between Required and Advisory criteria?

Required criteria are hard eligibility gates — failing any one makes the student Not Eligible. Advisory criteria are recommended standards that flag areas of concern if not met, resulting in Action Required rather than automatic rejection, giving advisors discretion to consider context and extenuating circumstances.

Can I adjust the thresholds to match my institution?
