Common Questions

Agenda Pacing Builder FAQ

What is an agenda pacing builder?
It converts a list of lesson segments and their estimated durations into an exact minute-by-minute schedule with real clock times, so you can see precisely when each part of class should start and end.
How does the overrun warning work?
If the total time of all your segments adds up to more than your class length, the tool shows a clear warning telling you by how many minutes you are over, so you can trim the agenda before class starts.
Can I reorder segments?
Yes. Remove and re-add segments in the order you want, or edit the segment names and durations directly - the schedule recalculates automatically.
Does this account for transition time between segments?
The tool schedules segments back-to-back using the durations you enter. If you want buffer time between activities, add it as its own segment (e.g. 'Transition - 2 min').
Is the Agenda Pacing Builder free?
Yes - completely free, no login required, and everything runs in your browser with no data uploaded anywhere.
