The discount is applied when the Enrollment Date you enter is on or before the Early Enrollment Deadline. If the enrollment date is after the deadline, the discount is automatically excluded and the full fee total is used. Set the Discount Type to "No Discount" to skip this check entirely.
The first installment falls on the First Payment Due Date you enter. Subsequent installments are spaced one month apart from that date. All installments are equal — the total amount due is divided evenly across the number of installments selected.
