Four Criteria Evaluated
- Academic qualification — The student's GPA is compared against the programme's minimum entry requirement, and prerequisite subject completion is verified.
- Financial status — Registration fee payment status and any outstanding balances from prior enrollments are checked. Financial aid approval is factored in for unpaid balances.
- Document submission — Required documents (ID, transcripts, recommendation letters, medical certificates) are checked for submission status.
- Additional conditions — Age eligibility, disciplinary record, and programme capacity availability are assessed. Waitlisted or full programmes trigger a warning even if all other criteria pass.
