Setting Clear Expectations in a Homestay Agreement
A homestay arrangement works best when both the host family and the student have a clear, written understanding of the stay's terms — fees, meal plans, house rules, and the length of the arrangement. Without a documented agreement, misunderstandings about expectations are one of the most common sources of friction in homestay placements.
This free template captures all the essential terms in one place, updates a live preview as details are entered, and produces a print-ready or exportable document that both parties can sign.
UniCloud360 manages host family placements, agreement tracking, and housing compliance across your entire student population.
