What Advisors & Educators Are Saying
Trusted by lecturers and students across Sri Lankan universities
"This planner is exactly what I needed for student counselling sessions. I pull it up on screen, enter their subject data, and within seconds we have a concrete sessions-per-week target. Students find it far more motivating than just a raw percentage."
"The two-tier goal system — minimum to stay eligible, plus a stretch target — is brilliant. My at-risk students can see exactly how many sessions they need for each subject without me having to explain the maths every time."
"We send the PDF plan home with at-risk students at mid-term. It's professional enough that parents take it seriously, and the priority flags make clear which subjects need urgent action first."
"The weekly commitment calculation turns an abstract attendance problem into a concrete action: attend X sessions per week. That kind of clarity is transformative for students who feel overwhelmed."

Attendance Recovery — Theory & Formulas
The mathematics behind calculating how many sessions a student must attend to recover eligibility.
Total = Held + Remaining
Where Goal% is the target percentage, Total is all sessions including future ones, and Attended is sessions completed so far. If Need > Remaining, the goal is unachievable.
High: At risk (Min − 5% to Min%)
Monitor: Eligible but below target
On Track: ≥ Target%
Priority guides where a student should focus effort first. Critical and High subjects need immediate action; Monitor subjects need steady attendance; On Track subjects just need maintenance.
Converts an abstract sessions target into a concrete weekly goal the student can plan around. If the weekly rate exceeds the scheduled sessions per week for a subject, the target is unachievable in the time remaining.
