Free Unit of Competency Tracker

Use this unit of competency tracker to monitor learner progress across nationally recognised units recorded in an RTO student management system. Add the learner, qualification or programme context, review date, and the unit evidence currently completed, then generate a live progress summary with outstanding actions. The tracker helps training administrators and assessors organise enrolment, participation, evidence collection, assessment attempts, feedback, resubmissions, outcome recording, and reporting readiness in one browser-based view. It can support internal follow-up and student progress conversations, but it does not determine competency or replace assessment judgement, validation, official records, training package requirements, or regulator guidance.
