How to Generate a Faculty Appraisal Report in 4 Steps

Follow these steps to get results in under a minute

01
Enter faculty details and weights
Input the faculty member's name, department, academic year, and evaluation term. Adjust the three appraisal weights (student survey, peer review, research) to match your institution's policy — they must total 100%.
02
Add student survey scores
Log each teaching evaluation criterion (e.g. Content Relevance, Communication Clarity) with its average student score on a 1–5 scale. Multiple criteria are averaged into a single student section score.
03
Add peer reviews and research publications
Enter peer reviewer names with their scores (1–5), and log each published paper with its publication type. The tool assigns points per paper type and normalises the research score to the same 1–5 scale.
04
Generate and export the report
Click Generate Appraisal Report to see the weighted final score, letter grade, and section breakdown chart. Export a clean PDF for HR records or faculty review boards.
